Mai 2022<br /> |}<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Das Welt-Bistro ist ein gastronomisches Angebot, welches durch Schüler:innen mit Förderbedarf durchgeführt und von der Schulsozialarbeit betreut wird. <br /> Dort werden in den Mittagspausen Snacks, Getränke und kleine Speisen für alle Schüler:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen der Gesamtschule Kevelaer angeboten. <br /> Die Snacks stammen sowohl aus dem örtlichen Einzelhandel, als auch aus dem Weltladen Kevelaer, mit dem eine enge Kooperation besteht. So sollen Schüler:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen Einblicke in den Fairen <br /> Handel ermöglicht werden. Die Speisen werden von den am Bistro-Projekt teilnehmenden Schüler:innen selbst hergestellt und sollen sich an einer gesunden und ausgewogenen Ernährung orientieren. <br /> Das Welt-Bistro ist im Foyer des A-Gebäudes verortet, sodass es auch als Aufenthaltsort mit Café-Flair genutzt werden kann. Dort soll ein Raum entstehen, in dem Schüler:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen sich außerhalb der Unterrichtssituationen begegnen und austauschen können. <br /> <br /> ====== Pädagogisches Konzept ====== <br /> An dem Projekt &quot;Welt-Bistro&quot; nehmen Schüler:innen mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf jahrgangsübergreifend teil. Ziel ist es den Schüler:innen die Möglichkeit zu geben, den Schulalltag positiv mitzugestalten und Erfolgserlebnisse zu schaffen. Aufgrund der vielfältigen Aufgaben innerhalb des Projekts, können die Schüler:innen regelmäßig neue Aufgaben auswählen und kennenlernen, oder ihre <br /> Aufgabendurchführung reflektieren und optimieren. So kann in dem Projekt individuell auf die Schüler:innen eingegangen werden und sich an ihrem Lernstand, sowie dem emotionalen empfinden orientiert werden. <br /> Dies kann langfristig zu mehr Selbstbestimmtheit und Selbstvertrauen führen.<br /> <br /> ====== Praktische Umsetzung ====== <br /> <br /> * Anfang des Schuljahrs: Einleitung, Wissensvermittlung, Hygieneschulung, Kennenlernen des Weltladens<br /> * 90min Vorbereitung (z.B.: Planung, Einkauf, Zubereitung, Kasse,...)<br /> * 30min Verkauf in der Mittagspause Lerninhalte<br /> Die am Bistro-Projekt teilnehmenden Schüler:innen erlernen praxisorientiert schwerpunktmäßig sowohl <br /> hauswirtschaftliche Inhalte, als auch Aufgabenbereiche aus dem Ein- und Verkauf kennen. Da die Schüler:innen das Welt-Bistro in allen Bereichen mitgestalten, erlangen sie auch Einblicke in Bereiche wir Marketing, Handwerk, Raumgestaltung, Wirtschaft oder Kundenservice.
